The administration continues to submit proposals that contain drastic changes to the collective bargaining agreement. Please review Article 13, 24, 26, and 28. Changes to the agreement should be improvements or issues which have surfaced during the term of this agreement that need clarification of language. UConn-AAUP is resistant to any givebacks of benefits and protections that have been negotiated in the past.
