The administration proposed changes to Article 10 Contractual Grievance Procedure. Of significance, is the proposal to eliminate UConn-AAUP from directly initiating a grievance at Provost at Step 2 to initiate a grievance. (10.10.F) This grievance was handed to us during the meeting, a violation of the Ground Rules – we reiterated the importance of staying with the ground rules.
