In May of this year, we informed you of an arbitration award that certain state employees were eligible for compensation for working “in-person” at their worksite due to potentially exposing themselves and their families to the COVID virus. The arbitration award identified a “covered period” from March 20, 2020, through March 27, 2021, and a threshold of 180 hours worked. We also asked you to fill out a survey if you worked “in-person” during the “covered period” that would be used when meeting with the UConn administration. We are asking for your assistance in filling out another survey as we try to get this over the finish line.

NOTE: Clinical faculty who taught a class and supervised precepting need to identify which hours were performed in the “health care facility.”
NOTE: For teaching faculty, the Registrar has the list of classes that were taught “in-person.” When filling out the hours worked, please identify the course you were teaching.
