UConn-AAUP FY25 Wage Agreement Information

The wage agreement will now be sent to the CT Legislative Body for approval.  We will share additional information on this process as it becomes available.

UConn-AAUP 2025 Wage Reopener Tentative Agreement Voting Results

UConn-AAUP members overwhelmingly voted to ratify the 4th Year Wage Reopener.  Thank you to all the members that voted this past week.  Should you want to review the tentative agreement; information can be found here:   UConn-AAUP Tentative Agreement on FY25 Wage Reopener – UConn-AAUP (uconnaaup.org)  The agreement will be brought for approval at a special session of the Board of Trustees this coming Wednesday.  We will keep you updated as additional information is available.

Voting Process: UConn-AAUP 2025 Wage Reopener Tentative Agreement:

As previously reported to you, negotiations with the UConn-AAUP and the University of Connecticut BOT have reached a Tentative Agreement on the FY2025 Wage Reopener.

The full edited agreement with the new language can be found above.  As a member of the UConn-AAUP Chapter, you are eligible to vote in the UCONN-AAUP Tentative Agreement on the FY2025 Wage Reopener.  The election will begin on Friday, March 8, 2024 at 8:00 am through Friday, March 15, 2024, at 5:00 pm EDT.  The UConn-AAUP has partnered with Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) to administer the 2024 Ratification Vote and voting will be conducted electronically via Survey & Ballot Systems web-based voting software.
