New Contract Now in Place
With the vote of approval by the Connecticut Senate on Friday, April 22, 2022, the UConn-AAUP/BOT July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2025 contract became official. The electronic version of the contract can be found here. A hard copy will be printed and made available to those who prefer a booklet.
Summer and Winter Programs’ Compensation
As of April 22, 2022, the new collective bargaining agreement (contract) is now in place and must be followed. This means the new negotiated rates for compensation govern Summer and Winter Program compensation. Please refer to Article 38 of the contract found here for the new rates.

UConn-AAUP would like to organize a Retiree Assembly/Chapter. Please respond to this email if you have recently retired or plan on retiring in the next couple of months. A draft of potential By-Laws of the Assembly can be found here.
