Two out of thirty-four state employee’s unions have not received their negotiated increase in salaries and merit pay for FY 27 – UConn-AAUP is one of them. Your union has filed for arbitration on this lack of payment on the August 23, 2026, and is asking for interest on the money that should be in your pocket, not in the university’s investment accounts. Your union will inform you as soon as an arbitration date is scheduled.
