- MOTION: The Chapter accepts the proposed change to the UConn-AAUP By-Laws to include the Regional Campus Representative in the list of Executive Committee Officers.
- MOTION: The Chapter approves changing the minimum number of department faculty needed to qualify for a department representative from 10 members to 5 members.
