Take Action Today!

More than 200 people mobilized to support our UConn-AAUP negotiations team on 10/20! This was a huge show of strength, but Admin hasn’t moved on our key priorities….yet.

Take action now to keep the pressure on Admin’s bargaining team. Your participation is crucial to achieving our goals. Learn how you can help right now, it’s quick and easy to get involved.

Provost Fund Applications for April 2025

For those of you who have made requests for salary adjustments from the Provost Fund during the April 2025 period, we continue to negotiate a contract for FY26 that will include the funds to pay for those requests that are approved. Those of you that have applied during that April 2025 request period, DO NOT have to submit another application. Approved salary adjustments should be retroactive to August 23, 2025.

Message from the UCPEA Union

Did you know that if you pay for Area Two parking but the lot closest to your building is Area One, you’ll need to upgrade to Area One parking if you need a handicapped parking space? UCPEA is fighting to remove level restrictions on Area One handicapped parking spaces so that handicapped badge holders can have closer access to facilities regardless of payment tier.

To do so, UCPEA is conducting an assessment of unused handicapped parking spaces in Area One spaces across UConn campuses.

Sign the petition and share this as far as you can to support contract language that would address this issue!

Husky Harvest

There has been much discussion about food insecurity nationally and locally.  We wanted to send out a reminder to everyone that each campus has a food pantry aimed at addressing food insecurity across UConn.  Home | Husky Harvest
The food pantries are accessible to anyone with a UConn ID.  There is information on the website on where the pantry is located on each campus, hours, and how to donate food or monetary donations.
